"Yes! Everything from the moment we areived to the moment we departed, the staff was INCREDIBLE! All the concierge and valets, comstantly working to support each guest that arrived or left, opening doors and car doors, friendly and welcoming every time, too. The desk staff were also amazing, friendly. We were about to buy 2 bottles of smart water and one of the front desk associates simply said, "here look, if you'd like, we have complimentary water, theyre cold and I'll go grab it for you." She simply couldve made the sale and said nothing. THAT'S the kind of care missing these days snd ehat separates hotels like this from others. I don't typically do hotel reviews because while i may enjoy a stay, I'm never fully blown away. The Noe restaurant was amazing. Serving staff was incredible and friendly and Frank the bartender was a step above the rest. Friendly, inciteful, helpful. Just added to the amazing culture the Omni Hotel adds in addition to the stay. And let me not forget the room attendants. Every morning we saw her she was smiling, greeted us with warm hellos each morning and always wished us a great day. Again, I can't say enough good about this stay other than if your are considering it, stop and just book. You won't be sorry! "

"Great stay at the Biltmore Hotel! The building is beautiful with a classic, historic feel, and the staff was friendly and attentive. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The downtown location made it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again! "

"The hotel offers valet parking or you can park in the lot facing the entrance to save a little bit on the overnight. The property looks so different at nighttime vs day, which isn't a bad thing. We thought the lobby was special because of the wall finishes and use of mirrors. Theres a coffee lounge that extends out to an outdoor covered patio with hanging plants and privacy hedges abound. The lobby restaurant was packed and after looking at the menu online, I can see why! The food selection was vast so we'll have to check it out next time we stay here. The rooms were an interesting mix minimalist meets mid century design style. I loved how unique it is. The property also provides robes and complimentary watercans, which are a nice touch. The rooftop is expansive for seating at their restaurant, UCA, which the bar was stunning as well. My favorite part would be the pool with lots of seating around and also the turf placement in the lounge areas were a nice touch. Overall, I would come back again!"

"Overall the hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms were nice, but the layout of the elevators made getting around very inconvenient. The lobby is located on the 70th floor, so every time we left or returned to the hotel we had to go up to the lobby first and then take another elevator down to the ground level. We also had friends staying on different floors, and visiting them meant going up to the 70th floor and then back down again, which became frustrating throughout the stay. We also had mixed experiences at La Boucherie where we went for breakfast three mornings. The first day the service was slow but the food was great. The second day the service improved, but the food was disappointing—overcooked and noticeably smaller portions than the day before. On the third day the service was slow again and the food was just okay. It was also difficult to get basic things like water, coffee refills, or condiments since the servers rarely came back to check on the table. Overall the hotel has great potential, but the elevator layout and inconsistent restaurant service made the experience less convenient than expected."
