"We stayed 2 nights at the Omni. Staff was very helpful. Even though we didn't use the valet parking service, the staff still offered to help us get our luggage out of our car. Checkin was fast and friendly. The location was a nicer part of DTLA so we felt safe. The room was comfortable, but it was clear that it was an older hotel. I think that for a "luxury hotel" that they would have nicer towels, as some were a bit torn. Wished the shower and sink faucet had more water pressure. The beds were...

"I loved the hotel's vibe and design. Big bathroom was nice and the city view was amazing. We came and left during busy hours, lobby area felt cramped and small. Shabby lounge chairs in the waiting area were weird. We loved the food from CaraCara and breakfast."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown. The incredible views were definitely the highlight for me. Absolutely breathtaking and such a beautiful way to experience Los Angeles. I also loved spending time at the rooftop pool, relaxing and taking in the city. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had the upscale atmosphere I was looking for. This stay was exactly what I needed to relax, enjoy myself, and just take in the moment. I would definitely stay again!"

"Just want to thank the guest who were in the room next to mine for keeping me up all night. I had to call security to let them know how bad the slamming and the yelling was getting. It went from 11:30 to 4:30 in the morning and then continued at 8:30 in the morning. I personally will never stay here again. That type of experience will sway many people from wanting to stay there again. I’ll be back at the intercontinental down the street now."
