"What a wonderful stay at the heart of Los Angeles. Sparkingly clean room. Helpful staff. The only downside is the breakfast being too simple for a full day ahead, but nothing surprising since we knew what to expect from others' reviews. All in all, there are not many, if any, better hotels in the neighbourhood in terms of cost benefits."

"It was close to the gran central market which has a lot of restaurant options, as well as other bars to check out too, and the train to take to the Santa Monica pier."

"My stay was great after maneuvering the road closures due to an event nearby. The location is excellent; across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The staff was professional and extremely friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the choice of favorite pillow, extensive. The drinks at the bar were on point, with a beautiful view. The breakfast we had was delectable! It was a wonderful stay!"

"The hotel was very clean, with comfortable facilities and excellent housekeeping. It’s highly recommended for art lovers, as The Broad and MOCA are within walking distance. Access to NBA and MLB games was also relatively easy and didn't take too long if you use Uber."

"This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. No issues there. There were a couple things I didn’t like about my stay here though. For some reason the lobby floor has a strong perfume smell which made my stomach turn. The pool was very far away from our room. The restaurant has an amazing view but it was very expensive for what came on the plate. And overall I wish the Westin honored the beauty of this property a little bit more. "This hotel is located in an EXTREMELY unsafe area. Security guards on every corner, people bent over from Fentanyl, homeless everywhere. I had to call 911 for a man bleeding heavily on the sidewalk. I saw this all during the day."
