"We purchased the Access Lounge and chose to have breakfast and appetizers there. Both were delicious. They advertise that snacks are offered after 10:30am but slwe only saw beverages. That might be considered a snack in some cultures. "

"The staff is very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is always fresh and healthy! Cleanliness is on point. The room was good for solo traveller. The only thing that wasn’t for me is that in the room should be always fan turned on, no way to turn off. I don’t like when I have constantly going air on me. I always felt cold even though ac was turned off. But it’s understandable why fan should be always on, it’s just not for me. The rest is all good. Location is always ok as it’s close to subway, was easy to commute."

"One of the best hotel experiences I’ve experienced! The staff were amazing! I had told them that we were staying for my wife’s birthday. They actually took the time to put together a small gift bag with a hand written birthday card and put it in our room. They also gave us an awesome view of dodger stadium when we told them that we were going to the dodger game. The hotel was very modern, clean, and safe. Everyone there, the valet, front desk and concierge, and security, were very kind and professional. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are staying in downtown LA. "

"So I was here for work and stayed in the back of the property. First I booked on line and when I got to the property it was almost 2k more than I booked for. The bar and restaurant they claim to be open starting at 5 never was unless it was for a private party. The building Nextdoor had parties for two days that lasted until 3am. The front desk didn’t disclose that the restaurant wouldn’t be open nor did they disclose the noise complaints from other guests. For three days I stayed awake, called the front desk with the same answer “we can’t do anything about it.” It smelled like weed every time you walked in. If you’re planning on getting rest so you can work don’t stay here! "

"The listing claims check-in until 4am. I got there at 2am and had to ring the bell for about an hour before anyone came out. The lady was rude and dismissive and asked for an $80 deposit, which was also not included in the listed policies. When I pushed back on the deposit, the lady turned around, left the desk, and left me outside. I knocked on the door again until a guy came out. He asked for a $40 deposit, which I reluctantly paid. The room was in poor condition. As others have said, there were stains on the sheets, the bathroom door was falling off its hinges, and the wall mirror was sitting on the floor. Luckily, there were no bugs. Even for the amount I paid, I would have expected better."
