"What a wonderful stay at the heart of Los Angeles. Sparkingly clean room. Helpful staff. The only downside is the breakfast being too simple for a full day ahead, but nothing surprising since we knew what to expect from others' reviews. All in all, there are not many, if any, better hotels in the neighbourhood in terms of cost benefits."

"My stay was great after maneuvering the road closures due to an event nearby. The location is excellent; across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The staff was professional and extremely friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the choice of favorite pillow, extensive. The drinks at the bar were on point, with a beautiful view. The breakfast we had was delectable! It was a wonderful stay!"

"We booked the Silver Lake Pool and Inn for a one-night stay to celebrate a birthday. Four of us stayed in the the queen double room and we all absolutely loved it! The view of the hills and the neighborhood were gorgeous. We loved the furniture and design (it felt like a hip and groovy house) and the beds were comfy. We asked for a quiet room and were accommodated, no noise issues to report! Reesee and Perla checked us in, and they were sweet and very helpful and thoughtful. The valet service...

"This hotel is located in an EXTREMELY unsafe area. Security guards on every corner, people bent over from Fentanyl, homeless everywhere. I had to call 911 for a man bleeding heavily on the sidewalk. I saw this all during the day."

"The stay was LOUD. Glad they provided earplugs, definitely had to use them. Refrigerator was watery inside, needs a bit of work. That being said, the location and overall stay were a big positive. The staff is nice and helpful."

"It was a nice stay, cute and clean and very nice staff, and in a quiet area! But not far from food and activities. if you are taller than 5,5 the shower might be a bit awkward, I do prefer a standing shower over a step in bath/ shower, I at 5,10 was awkwardly huddled in the corner of the shower, perhaps the shower head is to large, but if the pipe from the wall to the shower head was shorter I think that would have helped a lot."

"It started on a good note, we came a day early and we could rent the room an extra day, quick response but weird, Venmo an individual before getting any information but ok. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. That didn’t last long as someone kept setting it back to air...
