"Lady at the desk on was dismissive and rude when we booked 2 nights separately our keys from first night didn’t work when we returned. Went to the front desk and we explained that the cards didn’t work and she made us new ones ( interrupting her..) and then we asked had our stuff been removed …he shrugged us off… wow!! Then needed a fork later that night and its was as if we were interrupting her and her UV nail light… LOVED the GENTLEMAN the night before he was great!"

"This has been one of the best hotels my family has stayed at before! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean! We stayed 4 days and never had an issue. Perfect location for us, right off of the interstate so getting to things was very quick and easy. Highly recommend, will definitely stay again! We traveled with 2 adults and 3 children for context. The wifi was very bad and spotty, so forget trying to do any work here. The cell signal at this place is horrible. The rooms and the hotel overall appearance needs a whole new facelift. Last but not least the breakfest was horrible. The only thing that was good was the apple and orange juice. I will not be coming back here. "

"This is a lovely place to stay. The room smelled very fresh; and overall the property was in very good condition...except for the road, of course, due to the big trucks that travel that area. It was worth the price for a comfortable bed and fresh shower in the morning."
