"The staff, room size and location worked out the most for me. I have a lot of friends in different parts of Brooklyn and Bklyn House was a great central location for me to get to Manhattan as well."

"Rooms, guy at the front desk, amenities are all A+. I’m telling you, this is my best stay in NYC. I would highly recommend. My only concern was that, they manager sent a welcome email but didn’t notify that there would be $100 safety fee for in case of damages to the rooms, neither was it in on this site when I was booking it. So for future reference, it would be great to make it known here on Expedia that there’ll be such fees/payments. "
