"New elevator very helpful, very friendly serving staff, clean rooms every day is rare, great food. Very good business week. I’m a repeat customer."

"Absolute stunning view and friendly staff. Rooms and property were clean and adequate - bonus having a fridge and water kettle in the room. So nice having the restaurant on site. Building certainly not high end and is old in need up updates - but it is clean and functional (as is the state of most properly on the island). Would go again :)"

"Pictures very misleading, the lake was too abandoned to go near, there is no water park, the restaurant only served breakfast (not lunch and dinner like advertised), no hot springs. "Comfortable and the restaurant was good, fast service and very pleasant staff."

"Did not have a good experience. I felt bullied by the receptionist and manager."

"Very inexperience and careless staff. It was a bad experience especially if solo traveling."

Landscapers to pride and maintain them every morning. Have no fear of bugs. I didn’t see any bugs or rodents or mosquitoes during my stay. Rooms were nice with good views all around. Rooms have both 120V and 220V power! The beach was a short walk and even has sites for sea turtles. No complaints on my...
