"Staff as great the only problem was the triangle noise all night. Limited parking as there was construction."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Especially enjoy the managers reception in the evening and the full breakfast offered each morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and provide extras like microwave, coffee, refrigerator as well as a mini sink in kitchen area. Only complaint I would offer is it's $32 to park overnight so keep that in mind when pricing this hotel."

"The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the whole place smells great. Every time we left the room we came across someone cleaning. Someone was vacuuming the halls, the front tiles, the elevator and mopping the tiles in all the hallways. "The property is so unique in a very cool way. The room had a small kitchen and a table. The bed is in a nook. Our room had a couch that slept our son. The pool and hot tub were on the 8th floor and were wonderful. There was a weight room and a bball half court. All amenities were clean and attractive."

"The hot tub was out of service and roped off. The pool was freezing cold and not heated at all. I chose this property because of the pool and hot tub so that was disappointing. I get tired of this being the case at so many hotels. I paid more for this one to have the amenities. The staff was very helpful and friendly and I appreciated their help with a few things. "There is just way too much going on with no addition to convenience. Not too walkable to store outlets that sell basic things like water bottles. I did not have one single enjoyable interaction with any employee. It felt “clicky” and because I did not work there, I felt alienated and unwelcome and that is the last feeling I want to have from a hotel. First bad experience with a best western property, and I use best westerns 9 times a year."

"I was looking for a high-rise urban setting, and this property did not disappoint. It was clean, well-stocked (dishes, etc), had my favorite--floor-to-ceiling windows--and even a glass-top desk right by the window so I could gaze out at the view while writing my book. Everything needed is within walking distance."
