"Staff as great the only problem was the triangle noise all night. Limited parking as there was construction."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Especially enjoy the managers reception in the evening and the full breakfast offered each morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and provide extras like microwave, coffee, refrigerator as well as a mini sink in kitchen area. Only complaint I would offer is it's $32 to park overnight so keep that in mind when pricing this hotel."

"I was not notified that their was remodeling going on, breakfast was good but area due to construction there was some dust and sadly gym had no equipment. But check in and out very good customer service."

Messaging the number resulted in refusal to provide check-in instructions and prompted me once again to register with their site for all visitor info and instructions. "We loved the industrial vibe of the room. Housekeeping did not make up bed or leave washcloths when requested. Had to ask for more coffee cups, as we were out and they were not replaced. Went down to the restaurant/bar one afternoon and sat there for 20 minutes and we were totally ignored. We left and went to a restaurant across the street. I understand everyone has bad days, but the focus didn’t seem to be on the customer. If in the area, I don’t think we would try them again."

"There is just way too much going on with no addition to convenience. Not too walkable to store outlets that sell basic things like water bottles. I did not have one single enjoyable interaction with any employee. It felt “clicky” and because I did not work there, I felt alienated and unwelcome and that is the last feeling I want to have from a hotel. First bad experience with a best western property, and I use best westerns 9 times a year."

"The hot tub was out of service and roped off. The pool was freezing cold and not heated at all. I chose this property because of the pool and hot tub so that was disappointing. I get tired of this being the case at so many hotels. I paid more for this one to have the amenities. The staff was very helpful and friendly and I appreciated their help with a few things. They get 5 stars all around."

"It's a really unique and interesting hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Its an older hotel, but the remodel makes it nice. The room was clean. The building is older so the bathroom, halls, elevators and ceilings are smaller dimensions than modern buildings. But the overall space of room was good and it was well decorated. "I stayed for one night and it was Great ! stay . The first room that was offer I didn’t like but the staff had no problem moving me into a room I liked . Everything in the room worked and satisfied my needs , I had a non smoking room so I had to smoke outside . The outside wasn’t so good but the city view was nice , it’s was a 9/10 stay for me"

"I didn’t feel very safe or comfortable. The bedding was stained, towels had stains, the chair was bent and broken, air conditioner (while it worked well) was broken, staff was not very friendly, and the neighborhood was not great. TV and WiFi also didn’t work."
