"I did not use the bar, so no opinion there. I felt a little misled by the free breakfast, instead finding that meant they allot $15 for your purchase at their counter. That being said though, the staff at the counter were great. The food was large portions and very tasty.the art display everywhere was inspiring."

"We needed a handicap accessible room and shower. Although we initially had an issue with cleanliness of our room it was promptly taken care of. Staff was wonderful and very accomidating."

"There is no on-site parking. They had valet parking starting at $41 per day. The valets were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was not included, the breakfast restaurant at the hotel was not highly rated, so we didn't eat there. Maid service was suggested to request a day prior although you could pick things up at the front desk including more coffee pods which were good."

It's more a two-story motel with a central parking lot monitored by video surveillance. Someone checked us in without delay when we arrived a little past midnight, having reserved it only an hour previous. "Newly renovated rooms are excellent, old ones are okay. I upgraded to new room after a day and really enjoyed the stay. I love the location because it is closer to airport, and in the center to west, east or south loops. I would highly recommend anyone to upgrade to the new rooms."

"Arrived at the hotel to lots of homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. Had second thoughts about staying but ended up staying. Got to the room it was clean but the towels were rough and scratchy. The pictures don't match what you get. I was very disappointed."
