First room they put us in was unmade. Bed unmade, towels on the bathroom floor. Front desk apologized profusely, said how important cleanliness was to them. Ensured me that management would be in touch with me (as her manager stood up beside her helping someone else). They never did. Changed me to another room on another floor, redid my key cards. Found out that I couldn't get to my floor to get my bags because they only work for certain floors. The desk person figured that out AFTER they used their card on the elevator. Didn't seem to know how I was supposed to get back upstairs.
The rooms themselves are decent-appearing, clean. The faucet in the bathroom is too short so when you rinse your hands, water inevitably runs over the counter towards the back. "Off" on the a/c-fan unit never will turn off. There's pretty much always fan noise going, no matter what.
The elevator lights always blink the down arrow if you are going up or down, except on the first floor. There is terrible (read: nothing helpful) signage anywhere, so you kind of wing it. The one sign was a sign (two of them) pointing out the direction to the elevators when leaving the parking garage. Of note, there's only one way to go there anyway, so completely unnecessary.
Overall, the entire place feels unfinished and somewhat amateur. I bet the developer believes this place is some sort of amazing setup. It is not.
