The Motel has a fancy outdoor bar and pool. The provide free coffee and the rooms are nice. You can sit outside in front of your room. Everything is walking distance

Friendly and easy check in. Super cute hotel! Parking available onsite for a small fee or free parking on the street. Close to a lot of venues and food options. Can’t wait to stay here again.

There was food from the guest before me still in the fridge, which isn’t a huge deal things happen, but the drain in my bathroom sink smelled horrendous everytime I turned the water on. There was also hair in the shower from the previous guest. Bed was comfy and it’s walking to distance to a lot of downtown Phoenix, and check in and out was easy. Staff was nice.

Cool boutique hotel with a friendly staff and clean rooms. Recommend Ziggy’s Pizza and Stardust pinball bar which are an easy walk from the hotel

We had such a great time here! Very cute vibe. Loved the full size fridge in the room. Only complaints I had were the floors were pretty dirty so had to change socks often, tv didn’t work very well, and I wish there was a coffee maker in the room. But we would definitely go back!

They stay was great. I would have put a 5 star but didn't know that there was no entertainment during our 3 day stay and we were looking forward to seeing a live performance and a drink by the bar, etc. but, will ask next time so that we can enjoy the full experience. Rooms were clean and fun and location is near everything that is in DT Phoenix and airport.

There’s a ton of small print while staying here.. it says in the hotel description that parking is free on site and it’s not, unless you’re a best western premier member.. a actually $15/night.. like no other place I’ve stayed they send you a note via email that it’s illegal to bring outside beverages/alcohol but they full size fridge in the room I was in. Staff told me when I checked in that there’s complimentary coffee in the morning along with some pastries.. the coffee’s not just sitting out for you to grab a cup, you have to go to the counter where they serve espresso and ask them about the complimentary coffee, pastries were no where to be found…these are all amenities that I consider when staying at hotels along with the usuals (price, location, etc) Price was decent, there were some local restaurants and bars near by.. the rooms were clean and the decor was retro with some nostalgia.. if this review were based on looks, 5 stars all the way, but it’s not
