"Good bed and shower. Room was clean but needs updating. It appeared that there might be some remodeling being done."

"Overall the property and rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. However, you can hear people in the above rooms. The water was lukewarm and never reached a hot temperature. The elevators were out of order and you had to take the stairs. I have stayed at these hotels before in other places and never had any issues."

"This hotel overcharged me and I ended up paying over $600 total for a one-night stay. As a rewards member, I expected much better treatment and customer service, but instead I dealt with terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability. Do not trust these people with your card information. They will overcharge you and not properly reimburse you when issues happen. Please save yourself the stress and money go anywhere else but this hotel."

"Pool was closed even though it was a week after the posted opening date and over 80 outside. The breakfast was out of butter, bagels and had molded bread. Attendant was annoyed and rude when asked about items. The room was cleanish but old, stained carpet, broken mirror, unwiped services. There is tape over main entry doors. I assume the property is pet friendly, as it smells that way and several "piles" in/near the parking lot. Reminder to never let your office book your travel"

"I love this hotel. Will definitely stay again. Really close to Beale street without all the noise. It’s located behind the Orpheum Theatre. I’m very selective about where I stay and this place was top tier. Cleanliness of the lobby was impressive and it continued throughout. Our room was spotless. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices. The decor and furniture are contemporary."
