"Check in was delayed for hours, claiming no WiFi due to weather but it was neither raining or windy. There was no effort made to make up for issues except being provided with liquor but I don’t drink. Also the room was full of dust, disgustingly so much that it irritated my allergies. Another indication of the filth in the room was items left by previous guests including a used toothbrush."

"The property was in a perfect location if you like to walk. You’re located very near Pier 60 but not right outside the hotel windows so activity can be controlled as your desire. The marina is also across the street, so boat rental and tours are extremely handy. You’re also in a centrally location for walking. Whether it’s out the back to the beach or the front road side, there are many shopping and eating venues nearby. It was also very convenient that Walgreens and CVS were within walking distance for more economical priced items. Caution with hotels to the south that have access to the full beach walk blocked by rock walls.. Choose what works best for you. Wyndham Grand was perfect for my adult daughters and myself."

"Great first time visit. Restaurants and staff were great! The Cold Fashion coffee drink was my favorite! Pools looked nice except no umbrellas for the loungers. We loved the beach/ water area! Would come back. "

"The Grand Hyatt is AMAZING! The hotel was very clean and the staff was also amazing! The rooms are in perfect condition and the beds are super comfortable. "The location is perfect if you’re planning on the beach. It’s about a mile away if you want a cheap Uber or a great walk over the bridge if you like walking. Hotel has a great view of the water. Total win"
