"The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool. "We came in during a renovation, so my ratings reflect that. Had issues that we didn't have the last time we stayed. Breakfast was pretty bland but edible. Coffee machine was OK. Free cookies in the afternoon (or so). Our keys suddenly stopped working on five separate occasions for no reason (was told it'll probably get fixed after the renovation)."

"I couldn’t sleep the first night loud refrigerator and a/c they put in a new refrigerator the next day that helped, tv and phone didn’t work, they fixed that. We had 2 bath towels, really! The breakfast was one of the worse I’ve come across. And don’t get the rooms in the back of the property so weird. Lots of homeless hanging around the property on every corner and at Dennys next door. We ate at Dennys and it was cold food. I cook 1 server. Whole experience was sad"

"The price was good. The staff was helpful but not overly friendly, doing the job. The room was great! Good size with a recliner and the bathroom was a good size. I had a king bed that slept well. I think there are people actually living in some of the units and many homeless in the area so the property felt questionable but there is security and they moved people off that weren't supposed to be there. It's near a ramp for the freeway but noise was not a problem. I would stay again."

"The hotel is right off a main road. Parking is very safe and well lit. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The gentleman was very accommodating and made sure I was happy with the room. The room was very clean and very quiet all night."
