"Rooms were decent. Area was terrible, especially if you’re a solo traveler. I ended up leaving early due to commotion right outside my door. I heard a big explosion at 4am, then there were what looked like security but they had “police” on the back of their shirts. No police cars were seen at all. They were out there for 2 hours. Loud! Then by the time I left that morning, I seen a bunch of broken glass and aftermath of what happened throughout the night. I just felt so unsafe the whole time I...

"My vehicle was backed into right in front of the building. I requested footage of the parking lot and never heard from any employee. I am super frustrated with this situation and can’t believe a Marriott doesn’t have parking lot cameras."

"Great location, near the airport and a nice mall. The hotel itself is spotless and modern. We had a three year-old with us so we booked a separate bedroom suite. Both the bedroom and living/kitchen area were spacious and the layout was perfect for her early bedtime. I'd definitely stay there again."

"The outdoor sitting area was super cute, the property was very clean and the amenities and decor were welcoming. The street is very loud at night; helpful ear plugs were provided. The lobby offers wine for sale. The bed was comfortable and the king room bathroom had two sinks. Convenient location to walk around mid-town. Memorable stay."

"TV DIDNT WORK ON ARRIVAL. CABLE SERVICE FOR LIVE TV UNAVAILABLE MISSED NBA PLAYOFF. EVEN IN THE BAR BAR TENDER WAS POORLY DRESSED HAD UN PLUG TV AND FRIG TO PLUG IN COFFEE MAKER. SHUTTLE SERVICE WAS GREAT.."

"Had a lot of problems but staff were quick to get them fix. The pool is out of service and was told it should not be shown on websites. Iron bord was broken and stuffed in the closet. Glasses were not properly washed floors had stains walls had patches was missing remote in the bed room. I talked to staff about it and they were quick to handle it so the was big to be me. Funny I would probably go back due to staff."

"We loved our stay at Plaza. The rooms were spacious as were the bathrooms. We enjoyed the view from the 15th floor. We parked our car in the garage and everything we needed was close and walkable. The themed floors added to the ambiance."
