"I stayed here for my daughter's graduation and had multiple issues with my room and overall stay. The room smelled strongly of marijuana when I checked in. I booked a smoking room but was not given the room type I reserved. There was what appeared to be blood on the wall. The room did not have an iron. The ironing board was dirty and in poor condition. "Everything looked great new, modern and clean. The receptionist pleasant but unable to locate me by Expedia itinerary number or name. I had to instruct her to call Expedia .. I gave her the confirmation at that time she was able locate me.. we arrived late almost at midnight jumped in the shower no shampoo. My husband had to pick it up from reception we were on the 4th floor. Would I stay here again absolutely. Over all I rate them 5 star just little things that need attention."
