"Definitely what was expected from Hyatt. It was in the center of everything, and was pretty modern. Valet parking is a bit on the high side, but in and out privileges are extended."

"Staying here is such a unique experience. It has a homey feel to it. Breakfast was served in the morning and options were a little different each day. Property was clean and maintained! There is no valet Parking or designated parking lot for the hotel but it's was a never a problem to find street parking right in front and it's free from 8pm-8am. All staff I interacted with were very professional and nice. Also a great location, only a 10min walk to the Riverwalk. Would highly recommend this...

"The hotel was fine until…we were given an occupied room upon check in! We went up and the room was clearly still being used. When we told the desk attendant, she looked confused and asked if we were sure…(seriously?). There were used towels in the floor and someone had just taken a shower because the room was humid. "The suite was very nice. The staff was also nice. The carpet in the hallways looked like it could be updated as it looked a little old. I did have one issue. My reservation somehow got canceled after I stayed in the room one night. After being at the beach all day, we were unable to get into our room when we returned. Only 7 mins drive from downtown and city market, Not a luxurious hotel, but in it’s category, the right amount of neat and basic min coverage you’d ask for!!! we would definitely come back to this hotel."

"The room was not what I booked. The pictures are not true. Small no balcony… The pictures showed balcony and nice room… I got small room no balcony, no river front view…Noise all night from the street .."

"Worse than expected"

"Staff was great! Hotel was clean. Room was wonderful. I am sure it was a fluke and they were having issues with the fire alarm but it went off several different times starting early in the morning until we checked out. I am not sure If it continued after that or not. Also, you are REQUIRED TO USE THE VALET to park. You are not allowed to park yourself."

"It was clean. Its an older motel that has been updated. We stayed one night and didnt get to see the pool (which was why I opted for this motel verses some if the nicer hotels) it rained so no swimming. We slept well. We didnt get up early enough for breakfast so no comment. Ftont desk was super kind and welcoming."
