"This is a gem of a place in the wrong neighborhood. The room was great equipped with a couch and 2 queen beds. The hotel furnishings were tastefully done. Because it’s a hike to river street the hotel provides transportation in an adorable car. The staff was friendly and informative."

"The location is great and the staff is very helpful! I am cold natured and the air conditioners could definitely use some maintenance as it got warm during the day. There was no shower liner so the water from the showers leaked onto the bathroom floors pretty bad. The TVs are casting only meaning you can only cast from an electronic device. The doughnuts were delicious so definitely go early to get the best selection. It was overall good for the price and location. Just keep your expectations...

"$35 day parking, old squeaky furniture, tattered floors, carpet stains, comfortable squeaky bed, comfortable pillows, clean bathroom, breakfast good but the buffet staff is slow, had to wait on food replenishment, one staff said he cant wait for this to be over, in the historic area so one ends is run down the other end is nice, 1 pool umbrella for the entire pool, staff is friendly overall, overpriced."

"Overall, I really liked this hotel. It’s in a good location if you’re okay to walk up to 20 min. to the downtown area. We didn’t use our car really at all which was awesome. However they charge $35 nightly for valet and try to hide that there’s a street behind the hotel with unlimited free street parking / no parking rules. "The room was great, they clean your room every other day. There was people drinking in the pool and they had open containers it was obvious it was alcohol. I reported it and they gave them clear cups to drink out of. Even though the sign says no alcohol. Plus there was little kids out there. Parking decals are fine but charging 35 / night is a little excessive, no assigned parking no valet parking. You need to keep you car near the hotel otherwise you are walking across the street to parking...

"I enjoyed my stay overall. I've stayed here several times before to escape the fireworks of independence day. Our room lock had an issue and wouldn't lock at all. You could just push the door open into our room. We figured out that If you pulled on the handle upwards, it would eventually lock into place as it should. What scares me is that we discussed this during our stay. The staff weren't aware of it. I really hope they fix this issue before letting more people stay in the room. This...

"One room had piss on toilet, our other room had a used rag in shower,no tissue in both bathrooms. Our showers was cool water no hot water at all so that sucked. Hell they need to upgrade their blankets, had burnt holes in covers."
