"The staff from the front office to housekeeping was exceptional. The facility is an absolute disaster . Check in wasn't available until 6:00 due to understaffing. We PAID for a kitchenette. The stove top was nonfunctional, refrigerator minimally cooled, no coffee maker and no pots, pans or utensils. No USB to hookup the TV. I realize this wasn't a Ritz Carleton, but come on Motel 6 do better."

We didn’t play but they were connected and ready to go! Walls are thin, we were able to hear the room next door, but they weren’t loud or distracting. The description of the bathroom should make clear that to get into the shower is a VERY narrow space and the shower itself is also very narrow. I would ask for a room with better...

"The motel was not clean the comforter was stained by something red the sheets were kimd of gross looking. One of tbe outlet didn't work. The bathroom wasnt very clean. There were pubic hairs in the tub and some on the floor. Light switch in the bathroom was very dirty and the headboard had stuff splashed all over it and we didn't get much sleep because the neighbor's above us were very loudly stomping around for a couple of hour's from 1230 am untill about 230am.
