Lack of staff disappointing
We were locked in the parking garage after arriving late. There was no hot water in the bathroom when I wanted to bath and the bathroom lights would not turn on. There was no staff present and the self check in was very inconvenient. Was not for us.

Sauber und viel Stauraum. Self check-in ist ok, sollte sich aber auch dann im Preis wiederspiegeln, dass man kaum Personalkosten hat. Deutlich zu wenig Steckdosen, noch nicht mal für die vorhandenen Lampen sind genug Steckdosen vorhanden. Nespresso-Maschine ist gut - funktioniert nur nicht richtig und wenigstens 2 Kapseln dazu wären schon gut. Wer führt schon immer Kapseln mit sich ?

The hotel is nice but it is a co-living property which was not mentioned or explained in your listing. As such it doesn’t have the amenities we usually see in a hotel, front desk help, coffee in the lobby, free breakfast, etc. that said, it seems great for young folks, not so much for seniors. We managed okay with help from some of the people staying here (all nice) and a few calls to the help line. It’s a nice place and probably a good model for less expensive, but still nice, lodging going forward, but not what we expected

This is an interesting place.... co-living apartments with a big community area and kitchen. Its nice overall. Being basically a temporary apartment type of living, there's maybe only one person working at any time. This isnt a big deal since most people live here (dont visit) and dont use the front desk much. My only criticism would be that the blankets are too small for 2 people to sleep under

Was really ideal location and super easy to pop to the shops if you want to cook in your apartment or the shared kitchen areas. Only thing to remember is this is not a Hotel so amenities are a little different, i.e. no hairdryer :-) But overall was a brilliant place to stay and will def use again

Newly renovated fresh looking and feeling rooms. Perfect for business travel. Quiet + comfy bed = good sleep. Not directly in the city center, but excellent/frequent public transportation, that is free of charge for those staying in the hotel. Good location for runners/bicycle riders.

Enregistrement calamiteux!
Il vous faut un code pour vous enregistrer ou entrer dans l'hôtel, aucun receptionniste passé 18h!!!! Bref j'ai faillu dormir dehors car personne n'etait là, aucun code reçu, l'horreur!!!!! Pour un 4 etoiles il n'y a aucun service ni employé passe 18h, c'est un comble!

The apartments are great. Very clean and spacious. The location is pretty easy to navigate the city from. There’s not always staff around which can be a bit confusing.

I would use this hotel again
This was a stop over in my long drive through Europe. The hotel was convenient, the room was large and clean, parking was in the large Stucki car park was free through expedia, dinner in the hotel was great and the staff were polite. My only criticism would be that reception was unattended from 8:30 pm until the following morning. Breakfast was self service having a good variety of foods.

Sehr freundliches Personal, angenehmes frühstücks Buffet, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Man erhält für die Aufenthaltsdauer eine Karte mit der man die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Stadt Basel gratis benutzen kann.

Great clean convenient hotel near highway
Very convenient hotel for the way back from holiday. Easy parking below hotel. Great room, friendly people and the coffee/tea in the lobby is great for the road. Next to hotel shopping mall with several restaurants and take away

Hyggelig hotel
De var utrolig hjælpsomme og venlige i receptionen. Dejlig store værelser, vi var tre og de havde ligesom opdelt værelset så der var en alkove det var super smart. Der er gratis kaffe/te/cacao i receptionen. Morgenmadsbuffet var ikke meget stor, men det der var var lækkert.

Love the Hotel Stücki!
The stay was incredible overall and would certainly stay here again. The location is super close to the border (Swiss-side) and easy to get to. Parking is in the basement of the building and spacious. Stayed with spouse, two kids and two chihuahuas…no problems at all. The breakfast too was amazing…simple but very tasty with lots of yummy options for the kids.

Immer wieder gerne!
Anreise mit dem Fahrrad (eines davon mit Anhänger), passten beide nicht in den Aufzug zum Fahrradkeller, wurden kurzerhand in einem Seminarraum geparkt. Super, danke! Zimmer zur Straße, absolut schallisoliert. Respekt, da hat jemand mitgedacht! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant gleich um die Ecke, alles prima, bis auf die schweizer Preise ;-)
