Hotel ultra-modern - e.g. elevators can only take you to your own floor- detected by card key. We have junior suite, which is extremely nice. Bathroom has 2 vanities, shower and toilet separate. Novotel Basel City
Excellent location. 11 min walking from the train station and 5 mins with the tran num 11. The city center is at 10 min in the tran 15, the stop is a just in the corner of the hotel. My only complain, the sofa bed was horrible, cool (leather) and small. Sugestión: pillow-top or extra duvet.

Staff - first and foremost. 10* - welcoming and helpful. Convenient location, just around the corner from a tram stop. Fast wifi. Just ideal for what I needed for a Basel stay.
