"Onsen is located on a river and surrounded by nature. Very picturesque. The food served was excellent, traditional cuisine, lots of variety, and plentiful. I appreciated the free shuttle service from the train station to the onsen, this needs to be arranged beforehand through the expedia booking platform. The room was clean. Facilities could benefit from upgrades. "

"インスタ動画を見て行きたいと思っていました ロビーでウエルカムドリンク（アルコールも）とおやつ 広い湯上がりラウンジにはお茶とアイスがあり良かったです 部屋はツインルーム、温泉宿で泊まった中で一番広く、館内全てが綺麗でした ビュッフェはおいしかったですが、3部制90分だったのでバタバタと食べたのが残念でした 仕方ないですが、土曜日は料金が高いのに時間が短いのはかなり損してる気分 露天風呂の屋根の間から雨が落ちてきて冷たかったです。朝も入りたかったのですが髪が濡れるので入れず。シャワーキャップがあれば良かったのですが。"

"The people is extremely warm and welcoming, including reception and the lady serving us from check in to dining. The young lady can speak english, we have a great time there. We use the public onsen before dinner so there are not much people. The private onsen in the room also great, but will be a bit small if two people bath together. Will definitely recommend this place to people who want to experience Japanese traditional onsen culture and dining. "
