"Staff were very attentive and welcoming. Lovely building and dining room and bar were tastefully presented. Bed rooms were large and appropriately kitted out. There was some marks/wear on some of the carpets on the stairs and in the room and the pillows were not the most comfortable. However, overall an enjoyable stay within a convenient distance from Brussels etc."

Anna made my stay so much better with her kindness and positive attitude. She was always smiling, patient, and ready to help with any question I had. She truly represents the best of hospitality. "Everything was pretty outstanding and the hotel was super clean! The food was amazing and the staff was very helpful. HOWEVER, the shuttle service was TERRIBLE. The driver was absolutely not helpful and did not seem to care AT ALL. We had no idea what shuttle it was or who was driving it. Please fix that!"

"O hotel é praticamente dentro do aeroporto, muito cômodo para nosso voo que saía na madrugada. A equipe é cordial, o check in e o check out são rápidos, o quarto é espaçoso, confortável e limpo. O restaurante tem preços adequados. Por fim, os itens disponibilizados no saguão para quem precisa sair antes do horário do café da manhã (café, chá, frutas, croissant) foram uma gentileza que agradou."

"We arrived at the hotel around 9pm. Booked ourselves and been directed to our rooms. Rooms are clean and has decent size. Had breakfast in the hotel and we are greeted by Tikki. She was lovely, friendly, very attentive staff. Massive thank you to her for the assistance she gave and showed to us during our stays in the hotel."
