"Very nice place to stay and relax for baseball"

"It was a nice place, however, it was not without issues. As with other reviews, upon my arrival, it had not been well cleaned. There was a random pill laying in the middle of the kitchen floor in plain sight. Thankfully, I found it before my cat did. The dryer door had to be slammed shut and popped open mid cycle. There was a broken board in the kitchen that allowed my cat to go under the cabinets and he could have gotten stuck. The front desk lady fixed it with eyelash glue temporarily while...

"Our room had an entry of linolium and it was sticky. We asked the desk clerk to see if someone could wipe it down for us. She said they clean only every other week."

"I stayed at the Courtyard for a family wedding weekend and was very pleased with both the location and property. My only complaint was that there was no in-room safe, but otherwise the room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet despite being in a busy shopping center."

"Disappointed in the pool area. They do not have an adult time. Parents do not watch their kids. Almost got jumped on a few times and throwing balls and slapping the water. Also, the floors are very sticky in the halls and elevator. Not the best experience."

"My stay was wonderful! Hafsa at the front desk when out of her way to be helpful and make my stay better. Upon my arrival she made it possible for my room to be across the hall from my son. I really appreciated her. The breakfast was well maintained and a very nice selection. I would stay here again!"

"We went here due to an event we had. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was basic but clean. The lady at the breakfast buffet was amazing at trying to get everything as quickly as possible. Enough parking as well. Rooms were clean except there was a stain on one of the sheets from the pull out couch. Other than that it was great!"

"It seems the staff was trying to accuse guests of smoking in their rooms so they could charge them an extra $250,be careful if you stay there. The pillows where like toddler pillows. The shower enclosure felt like I was going to step thru it. The breakfast was always cold no matter of morning it was and less then appetizing. Don't recommend staying here."

"The room was muggy and smelt musty. There was clearly water damage that had not been properly fixed. Wallpaper was rippled and pulling way from the walls, stains on the ceiling and walls. Massive cob webs. Sheets were dinghy and not crisp white. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the last 15 years. They have not updated anything. Our room had only one usb port that didn’t work. The shower did have great pressure. We will not bee staying here again."

"We stayed 2 nights at this comfort inn. It is an older hotel that has been renovated probably within the last 10 years. It has been well maintained. The beds were firm yet very comfortable. The room was super quiet. If I had anything to complain about it would be the low flow shower head. The pool and hot tub looked nice but we did not use them"

"My room seemed clean and tidy. My room was lacking in maintenance. Poorly fitting and functioning shower fixtures. Could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk for assistance, staff said they would send someone to my room but no one came. Very disappointed."

"The staff were great! But the property is in rough shape; walls, furniture, floors, etc. were all in a state of disrepair. The restaurant/bar was open when it should've been and the parking was almost $40 extra. Not to mention the lobby was completely tore yp due to a water leak - which happens, but they didnt offer an apology or discount or even mention the noise would be so loud and disruptive."
