"Our 5-night stay at the Mariner was perfect: a large room with comfy beds, a small refrigerator and coffee machine, heat and AC, and a nice hot shower at the end of a long day of hiking. A generous breakfast buffet started us off each morning! The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Grateful to have had such lovely accommodation for a Cape Cod Spring getaway."

"This place was great. Not as much as a resort vibe but more like condos. The staff was amazing. There were a mix of people some very kind and some that felt a little unsafe. Our kids were at the pool and there was another family and the my were drinking a lot and arguing. It felt more unsafe because of the people that were there not the actual property or the staffing. They were all great. "

"It is a great central point for many adventures to be had. My neice had a blast with pool and game room when it rained. The staff was very helpful. Many patrons we met by the pool visited often and we can’t wait to return."

"This is a great property! The indoor/outdoor pool & hot tub were amazing. The fire pit was a nice touch as well. Another added bonus are hammocks above the beach. Rooms have outdoor seating. Rooms are spacious and clean! We will be back."

"No breakfast on the first day and had breakfast on the second day but could be better. Stuff was terrible to rude not professional at all. I will never visit this Location anymore. The worst experience ever."

"Pros: Room was clean and staff was very welcoming. Cons: Manager was not accommodating at all. Communication about the trip was poor. If you want to get real info from this place, you must dig and find their local number or you will not get correct info and the manager will not approve any credits for downgrades due to incorrect info. The place is dated with some remodels. In our room, bathroom was updated but the door veneer was peeling off. The door frame of our main door was broken so the safety latch didn’t work. Most door frames in the hotel were off by an inch. Window screen was broken and the refrigerator never stopped running and it was noisy when trying to sleep. TVs are not smart tvs. Cable only and no dvd player. Back entrance was regularly used for smoking. Band-aides left for a few days by the pool. Pool/spa temp not being regulated and there is a hole in the wall of the spa going to the pool. Continental breakfast was meh. Kids liked the waffle maker but that’s about it. No filtered water anywhere to refill water bottles. Rooms do not have microwaves. Overall kids enjoyed the pool. I will not be going back and do not recommend it to my friends and family unless you are out of options."
