"We were genuinely surprised how highly tech the hotel was. Modern and cleaned. Conveniently located with grand batam mall right beside it. You are able to walk to the mall with the linkage shared between the hotel and mall with no issue. If you have a big family, hotel rooms can be linked with doors in between the rooms."

"Location was good. 20mins drive from Batam Center Ferry Terminal and 5-10mins walk to Grand Batam Mall, 15-20 mins walk to BCS Mall. There are many eateries around. The room was spacious and clean. Though the furniture is a bit old, they are functional. The negative point is the bath tub. The design is not good as the water from either the shower head or the waterfall head will have some of the water onto the bathroom floor.
