"Newly remodeled and very nice and clean. I wish there was a clothes rack/rod of some sort to hang my clothes, as we were in Hot Springs for a funeral and had dressy clothes that needed to be hung. It also would have been nice to have had an iron and ironing board, but I don't think the rooms come equipped with those. We received so many different emails with gate and room codes that it was a bit confusing. Overall, we were happy with the room as it was very clean, which is what it most important...

"Our room was keep very clean and nice the whole time. Our maid on the 14th floor was so sweet and so meticulous about her job. We stay here 4 times a year and I will ask for her floor the next time! All of the staff are informational and willing to help anytime day or night!"

"It was almost "just right". I wish there was a small shelf in the room by the bed, a place for the remote or reading glasses. The instructions weren't very clear about what to do with the room key (place them in the box by the pool-what pool). Also the bathtub is slippery when wet. Good location, close to everything but also not the nice part of town at all."

"The staff were great and helpful. The room and pools were worn down and need renovating badly. Our shower drain cover kept moving and the tiles were loss and gross. The pool was huge but there was missing and loose tiles on the side that kept falling off."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and kind. The pool wasn't freezing so the kids loved it! The hot tub was super nice. The breakfast was delicious and they had a variety of food. We would recommend this hotel for anyone."

"We were only there one night, but the property suited our purpose. The unit was clean, with the exception of some stains on the carpet. The outside balcony/deck area really needs ceiling fans because any breeze is blocked off by the adjoining units. Overall, though, I would stay there again because the price was reasonable."

"Everything was exceptional. The room was just as shown on the booking. The balcony was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. Only thing is lifting the wonderful weighted bed cover and seeing the natural cotton on the inside brown from rewashing. But overall such a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and professional."

"I was nicely greeted and cheerfully informed about the hotel's amenities. What a nice bonus to hear about the laundry available at no charge! The room was nicely supplied with everything to actually cook a simple meal."

"The room was dirty. If the AC was turned up from where it was set when we walked in (61 degrees) to a non-freezing temp (68), the whole room became incredibly wet to the point we were slipping on the floor. Every surface was wet & disgusting. The breakfast was not great."
