Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who...

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious. Would have appreciated complimentary coffee in the morning. We had to use the stairs because the elevators were down. They were a little dark and not very clean. Might have been a good idea to have someone check them out before sending guests to use them."

They only had a room with two queen size beds and a shower in the tub. I’m handicapped and have a lot of difficulty stepping into a tub. Also I find the policy of only servicing rooms every other day unacceptable."

"Front desk staff was nice and polite. The room and facility was not as clean as I would have expected for the price. Will not stay there again. I wouldn’t have stayed if it wasn’t 2am when we got there and already paid."
