"Beautiful boutique hotel in KC! The room was so cute & the bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept on in a long while. Quiet neighborhood and I loved how it was decorated (the little coffee bar was a lovely touch)."

"Property itself was very well maintained. The rooms including including the bathroom was clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast had enough options for both adults and kids and was fresh. Parking under the property was easy to come and go as you please. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in KC."

"This hotel smells like cigarettes and stale beer. Not just our rooms but all of the rooms and hallways. Disgusting. Needs to be renovated more than any marriott hotel on planet earth. The interior of the hotel and rooms are also so tired and worn out- at least 25 years of heavy use. Could not recommend less. Bummer. Nice staff though!"

"The first room did not appear to be completly clean and was not in great shape as the floor was damaged, the deadbolt was stuck open so the door wouldn't shut, and it needed a fresh coat of paint etc. I alerted the staff and was immediately moved to a room on the second level that was the same room but in much better shape. "The hosts were great. We arrived in the city early and they allowed us to keep our luggage there during the day until check-in. The host had brought our bags up to the room. When we checked in, we were given a very welcoming tour of the house and orientation. The house is very centrally located close to shopping, Union Station, restaurants, and the streetcar. Yes, the breakfast is delicious. My partner and I arrived by train and took public transportation. Google Maps showed a short walk (0.3...
