"Leider kostet der Pool extra finde ich übertrieben Auch die Parkgebühren sind übertrieben Das erste Zimmer war mit einem extrem dreckigen Teppich….haben dann ein neues bekommen"

"Nice hotel with good transport links to get around the city. Food in the restaurant looked and smelled amazing but my short stay didn't allow me to try it for myself. Room was a good standard and was comfortable for three of us. I would definitely stay again if return to the city in the future"

"Very nice, quiet room with good AC. Great breakfast, great and friendly service. Within walking distance of good restaurants and cafes. No pool or gym, but lovely lobby area with seats and tables and refreshments. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is located slightly off the beaten path for the Brussels tourist circle, but it was a good location for us (near a daily vintage market and lots of vintage clothing stores). For my usual rating points: staff: friendly and accommodating, beds: comfortable, water pressure: nonexistent :( but two out of three isn’t bad. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive if not a little oversubscribed at peak times. "

"Ho fatto una prenotazione di 4 notti. Quando si prenota un 5 stelle ci si augura di avere il massimo dei confort. Arrivo in camera, premetto che pioveva e facevafreddo, trovo la camera ghiacciata, riscaldamento inesistente, chiedo al personale, mi dicono che provvederanno, ma nulla succede, alla seconda lamentela mi mandano una stufetta elettrica. La stanza appena arrivato era piena di polvere, igiene alquanto scarso. Scendo per cena ed il piccolo ristorante è tutto esaurito, mi dicono di...

"Check in staff were very helpful, storing our bags for us as we arrived early and making the check in experience smooth. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed, breakfast was good too."

"It was excellent. The location for us was perfect because it was right across the street from the train station, which is so convenient. Our days are so full we dont need prime location spots. I like when I can ditch my luggage quickly on arrival. The hotel was so clean as has been every place I've been in Europe. The front desk guy was great, so helpful and sweet. If I had to say anything, the lighting in the room was very poor, but not a deal breaker in any way."

"The hotel was a quick hop from the station and 20 min walk from the city so a great place if you are short on time and want to squeeze in some sights. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. The bed was possibly the comfiest I’ve slept in whilst travelling, and a very cosy room. TV with English channels was a bonus. A small fridge would have helped and maybe a kettle in the room but there were facilities downstairs so that’s being picky. Overall a very good stay and highly recommend."
