"Lovely setting but no one there to give us the key even though we’d sent 2 emails requesting info regarding collection with time of arrival. Noise from 9pm TIL 4am so couldn’t sleep. Dog faeces on paths. Toilet broken. No microwave. Needs updating and cleaning of the shower room. Lounge and bedroom roomy and comfortable. "

"We had a family room which was lovely. We had a fridge which was good for storing snacks for our small grandchildren 2 and 4 years. One point. It is a family room but we could not access any of the childrens channels cbbc. The breakdast was delicious with plenty to choose from. Staff were very friendly "
