But the person who give us key for the apartment in crown plaza hotel, he didn’t mention the property entrance has code to open the door, the manual keys we have it even not working to open the door. After wasting 10min at door late night , I go back to crown plaza to mention issue and he mention the code is in key ring . So the issue sort out but if he mention at the time of handing over keys it’s really save our time."
