"I phoned Marriot about sorting out an accessible room as the showers in standard rooms aren't suitble. but when we got to our room, it was a standard room. Sadly, because I phoned, I had no proof via email, so the receptionist was like 'sorry, but it wasn't asked for'"

"We stayed at this property in early May 2026. It is super convenient to a train station and various tourist destinations. The security seemed a little lax as we rarely had to use our key card to operate the elevator and certain access doors as "required." The breakfast was basically okay and in a strange layout. Our room was comfortable, but the floor was not well vacuumed. The biggest issue was our shower - water leaked from the bottom and created quite the mess in the bathroom, which required...

"Friendly staff. at reception lovely room with all facilities tv selection of tea and coffee water and milk in fridge . Nice bathroom and shower I had a very good sleep and the whole stay was excellent "

"Nice large room with comfortable beds. The room was very noisy due to an event close by that ended at 11pm. We found bread crumbs and an old chip on the floor. The floor left bits on our feet. For the price it should have been quiet and clean. The room cost £261 with £20 for parking. No breakfast included. Not good value for money. When I booked it also said 8 minute walk to AO Arena but you actually have to get a tram which takes 13 minutes."

"Check in was painful with the need to scan s Qr code and fill in a form when all our details are already on the system when we booked. No tea making facilities in rooms. Staff wete great but big queues due to mobile registration. What happens if there is someone who doesn't do mobile qr codes? "
