"Parking is good we didn’t have a drink in the bar. We have stayed here many times over the years but it has gone downhill. Poor maintenance in the bathroom… no hot water for a shower or a wash! Went to breakfast and was told we had to be finished within half an hour… people on the next table… the waitress actually asked them to leave!! "Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. "The bathroom was not clean there was 3 pillows for a couple which is strange. There was no fridge and the room was a bit tired. Breakfast was ok, no granola no berries or topping for porridge. There was a bit of dried out rocked not oil for it. No fresh breads and coffee wasn’t nice. Also we could hear our neighbours who were noisy late into the night."

"Room was spotless and appeared to have been recently decorated. Unfortunately there were cracks in the sink and the hotel generally looks a little tired. The hotel staff were amazing … all so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Particularly Aziz at breakfast and the wonderful bartender Mal. He couldn’t do enough for us, moving furniture around and asking us if we wanted any particular music to be played. He really went above and beyond to make my 89 year old mum’s evening. "
