Cari Motel di Baxter Boulevard

"The brief stay was fine. The website is terrible! We had a hard time finding the hotel, nearly impossible to find a phone number to call with a question, even the name of the place is confusing. (Best American--huh---is that the name of the place??) The internet took us to a similar address in Biddeford before we figured it out. You could do better in this regard."

"The property is pretty run down with worn out room furniture."

"This place was absolutely disgusting and nobody was helpful whatsoever. The whole hotel was gross and as soon as we got into the room it smelt like smoke and body odor. And we immediately had to leave even the bedding wasn’t clean. When going back down to the front desk we were not offered a refund or a new room we were pretty much out of luck. They will not give us a refund and neither will Expedia now I’m expected to wait almost a week to hear back from motel 6 on whether or not I get my money...

"We reserved three nights ( 10-12 to 10-14) and only stayed one night. The toilet seat was broken and the shower pressure was about 10%. I do not believe we should be charged for the three nights, only the one night."

"Property has a very poor maintenance"

"Clean and right on the beach. Good restaurant on site."

"Closeness to the beach and away from the crowd"
