"The double room I booked was not available upon check in. They gave me 2 queen rooms instead for the night. The next day we were to move to the double room, and had to wait an additional hour until it was ready. The staff made the entire situation more confusing than it needed to be, and was very disappointed with my stay."

Housekeeping left previous user's washcloth in the shower which inspires confidence that the sheets were actually changed. "By far the best hotel I've stayed in! The location is ideal and so close to local shops/restaurants, Times Sq, Broadway etc. Various subway locations just walking distance also. We arrived at 1.30pm and were able to check in and refresh before heading out. The staff were friendly and welcoming, also very helpful with questions. I would highly reccomend this hotel!"
