"Hotel is well maintained, great if you are with kids as it has a playground where kids can play while you enjoy a drink in the outside bar. There is also an outdoor swimming pool which conveniently was open while we were there given the unprecedented heatwave. "Was in a poor neighborhood, didn’t feel safe walking around or shopping. Was close to train station for Disney. Would not go again."

"Arrived at 2pm for check-in and was told our rooms weren't ready. Reception tried calling housekeeping and claimed they were unavailable, despite the entire team being visibly gathered in the bar area a short distance away celebrating a birthday. Not a great look when guests are waiting during the check-in period. 10 minutes later both rooms were suddenly ready. Unfortunately, the problems continued. We booked two rooms and neither had working air conditioning despite outside temperatures...

"Personale poco disponibile. Durante la colazione non abbiamo mai trovato il buffet pieno. Abbiamo chiesto di integrare ma molte volte ci veniva detto che le pietanze erano finite. La struttura è distante dalla stazione e a piedi con bambini e bagagli risulta essere scomodo da raggiungere. Non cambiano le tovaglie, nemmeno su richiesta. Dicono che sia una scelta green che invece è mascherata per contenere i costi di gestione. Peccato, ci aspettavamo di più per il tipo di struttura."

"We stayed for 3 nights a family of 10, the outside of the property is in disrepair and looks derelict. The rooms are small but clean, our ceiling leaked all over the bed due to heavy rainfall, staff was helpful and quickly gave us another room. This hotel is very basic and nothing special but we got what we paid for and did not experience any of things mentioned in other reviews. Its close to transport links and a shopping complex 10-15 mins away."

"First time staying at Elysee. The hotel was very clean; staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms gave us everything we needed for our Disney trip (we had premium quadruple room for 2 adults and 2 children 2yo and 6yo; with connecting room to grandparents.) Free bus picks up directly outside the front door which we used everyday to get to the parks. There was a long period between 11:45-17:45 with no collection from the parks, local taxi cost €20 instead. Cleaning staff were brilliant,...
