"I hag planned to take a hot shower at 3:30A , however there was NO hot water. So I had to take a cold shower instead…very cold ! At first I thought hot water may have been an option? This put a great chilling effect on my ever staying with you folks again..Even more so when your representative that was checking me out became very upset and said no one there could help me with changing to no charge for room, which seemed fair for a cold water flat. Do hope to hear from management for a revised...

"Stayed here for a concert at Stanford Stadium, the staff was really friendly and the room very spacious, the property was very quiet and well maintained. There is a deli right next to the hotel with amazing sandwich and baguette options. There was a small issue with my card charged twice, spoke to the night manager and they helped me with it."
