"Scent sensitive people, beware. They use scented detergent on their linens, if you're sensitive to that kind of stuff. The staff was great at fixing my issues, but I took a refund and left after one night. When I arrived, the common area and the room was over 80 degrees. It took hours and several phone calls to work through the issue. I was moved to another room but the heat issue persisted. It wasn't until 3 am that the room finally got to 70 degrees. Doors to the rooms are very loud, can hear opening and closing all the way down the hall as if they were being slammed all night. I booked 2 nights but did not return for the 2nd nite, went to a better hotel instead."

"The site didnt say anything about the pool and hot tub being shut down for the winter and thats part of the reason i booked the place. The water for the shower was luke warm at best. "One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of the excellent breakfast and food ratings. I’m sorry to say that the Breakfast buffet was terrible. Cut up fruit was not fresh and had a bad tangy taste to it. The berry compote didn’t even look fresh. I ate a fresh tangerine instead. Shedded cheese had white mold on it. I requested fresh cheese and it was much later replaced with more moldy cheese. We waited a long time for scrambled eggs that tasted like liquid flavorless out of a bag...
