Tout était parfait, de notre accueil, en passant par la qualité de la literie, la propreté impeccable et les petits déjeuners très copieux. We’ve tried all room types over 20 years at Val Moret but this is our favourite so far (already booked for next 3 visits). Reception lady was very helpful and attentive. "The room was spacious and warm. The owner met us on arrival, he was very nice and spoke French clearly and slowly so we could understand. He was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, good choice on offer and the coffee was great excellent. We would happily stay again."

"Personal, Abendessen und Frühstück großartig! Die beiden Damen waren rührig und stets für jeden da! Aber 2 Angestellte für ein großes Hotel definitiv zu wenig. Aschenbecher im Außenbereich wurden nicht geleert, tote Käfer auf der Terasse und Vogelkot. Die Lüftungsanlage viel zu laut und nur 1 Handtuch im Badezimmer. Und dann hieß es zunächst noch, mein Zimmer sei nicht bezahlt. Musste erst Kontobeläge runterladen, dass per Expedia längst alles bezahlt war... aber sonst alles gut;)"
