"I was on a weekend vacation with my Grandson and little Boston Terrier. The room was nice and clean. Pillows were comfortable. We used the TV, microwave and refrigerator. All in good clean working condition. Bathroom was nice. Checkin staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, too! several different choices. Will stay there again."

"Staff were missing most of the time. The pool was in bad condition, with live bugs in the water and dirty. The ice machine was broken, and the food (yogurt) and other things in the refrigerator were expired. The room was also not in very good Condition. The only good thing was the view (Mountains)"

"Not a 10/10 place but good. Clean, which counts for a lot. It’s an older property, which you can see in some wear and tear, especially in bathroom and door frames. Not a big deal, but not highest rating worthy. Biggest issue is we could hear our neighbors through the walls (kids woke us up at 7am). Front desk was distracted when checking in and gave us the wrong room number but it was resolved. Pool was amazing - could have stayed out there all day. Beds were super comfy. Lake view is amazing."

"I was supposed to get a 2 Queen beds and a side bed for my stay, the staff told me they couldn’t help me and have me a 1 Queen bed with a sofa bed. It was horrible. 3 adults with 2 children sharing such small space."

"Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is."

"It does have a typical free breakfast offering but a little better quality than many similar hotels. Our room was lovely and quite comfortable! It was a very nice place to stay, especially for the price. It was perfect."

"This had to be the worst hotel/motel I had ever stayed at. We had a pipe burst in our home and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of days. The outside of the building just looks sad, it hasn't been maintained. The front desk staff was wonderful! The room was not. The floors were sticky, it was clear that nothing had been cleaned. The tables had some kind of substance on them and the mirrors both had not been cleaned. I had two rooms, one for me and one for my adult children. Their room reeked...
