"It was just perfect.will come back"

"The manager of this hotel lied and said she called me on check in day. She canceled my room before I could check in on July 4th. I arrived there at 4:30pm check in was at 3pm and I was booked to pay at property. So my card was not suppose to get charged until I checked in. This was a money scheme because my room was $97 which I booked it in 2025 and they apparently didn't like that. So again they canceled my room and told me I could rebook it for over $250. Again I didn't receive a call or email...

"Room was okay, basically you get what you pay for. Breakfast was yuck! Parking was good but no elevators. Check your rooms well before unloading. First room they put me in had a broken lock. Second room my key and theirs wouldn’t work to open it. 3rd was okay but has water damage on the ceiling. Beds were comfy. Didn’t see bugs, I would say if you like sleeping in a dark room this hotel isn’t for you. Th shutters they have don’t block the outside walkway lights."

"Everything was good for the price. To each their own and you can’t please everyone. But if you have trouble sleeping on extra firm beds. You have been warned."

"Very comfortable and conveniently located to the Strand, harbor related activities, and many great restaurants. The staff were very friendly, especially Dee. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful stay. Parking was convenient and safe. Will definitely return!"

"I booked a room with a few upgrades months before n advance. I got to the property the day of checkin only to be told that they did not have the room available. The upgrades that I had paid for didn’t matter and they had no other room to put me in. If I left and tried somewhere else, the cost would be significantly more at that point.
