"Breakfast was toast & cereal, bananas & 1 day had apples. Store bought little Debbie snack. No yogurt, etc . Bathroom needs updated, paint, cleaned. had to push room doors shut to latch. Great location. Rooms nice other than bathroom"

"I was very disappointed! We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days....

"This hotel property recently transitioned from a Hilton Garden Inn to a Wingate by Wyndham. They are still working out some issues with breakfast and amenities. The room was very clean but missing a soap dispenser in the shower. They kept running out of coffee and hot breakfast items. Staff was very friendly but seemed to always be playing catch-up. That said, I felt it was a good value and location and with some organization and improvements would be great stay."

"The main plus was the extreme cleanliness of the room. That said, it was a bit worn down and the air conditioning was so loud it was hard to talk or sleep in our room. The pool was tiny (max capacity of 5) and cold, so we only ended up using it for a few minutes. The staff we encountered were friendly. The breakfast was as expected."

"Room was dirty (drawers, bed frame, bathroom cabinets, tub, etc.) Lots of stains on towels, bathroom ceiling (couldn’t tell if it was mold). Blanket on bed was dirty and saw multiple bugs in room. Room had an odd odor. Door was hard to open and shut. Would never stay here again."

"This hotel is an exceptional experience with its wonderfully preserved architecture and modern conveniences to its stained glass windows and clever, but tasteful, reminder of its former life as a convent. Tasty breakfast is served in the chapel dining room. Great location in the heart of St. Paul."

"Don’t expect a breakfast because all they had was toast a couple Eggo waffles which were gone by 7:30 am. Room was nice as it had 2 stove top burners, sink and medium sized fridge if you planned on cooking. Only bad thing about the room was the shower was not the cleanest or best shape."

"This is a small hotel that provides as good as or better experience as you would find in much more expensive hotels. The friendly, helpful staff makes you feel right at home. The common areas and rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The beds are very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast is generous, with a lot of choices, and includes omelet and waffles makers for those who want to prepare hot dishes. Overall, the hotel is pleasant and a great value."

"Rooms smelt musty, damp and old. The air conditions in all 3 rooms my family were in looked like the filters have never been cleaned. Disappointed that they were in such bad shape. We've stayed here many times before and they weren't a whole lot better. We will think twice before we stay there again."
