"I needed a one night stay before my cruise and this was a great spot. A mile from the cruise port. Restaurant and bar inside. Pool and hot tub. Staff called me a taxi when needed. Great place to stay."

"Great location, but save yourself the money for getting the bay view. You can NOT see out of it. Paid extra for the bay view to it only be covered by some film and be all blurry. I would much rather have had a TV screen showing outside as it would’ve been more effective. Very disappointed on that end. They also charge mandatory resort fees. I was advised they could be removed if I didn’t utilize the services, which I didn’t and still got charged the fees."

"Nice room and entire residence hotel/condos for a week’s stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, good a/c after maintenance got it working properly, lovely moire of the bay and ocean. Good restaurants a block away in the World Mall. Weather was good in February. "

Unfortunately, I found stains and hairs on the bedsheet and pillowcases, which made it impossible for me to sleep on. I tried contacting the host by email, but they didn’t respond quickly. "This hotel is located in a great place to walk to almost everything. The rooms and bathroom are spacious compared to other properties. It has all the toiletries needed, including a magnifying mirror and hair dryer. The bed is nice and firm like I prefer, yet still comfortable. The temperature control in the room is good. And the room was quiet for light sleepers; but I was far away from the elevator so I cannot be certain about the rooms with more noises and foot traffic. Check-in and out were...
