"It was a nice stay. It is convenient and walkable to downtown. I would have liked the pillows a little softer. The pillows were too hard for us. Otherwise, we have no other complaints. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants downtown. "

"Ashley at the front desk was extremely cordial and helpful. I made a request for an extra towel and pillow and it was fulfilled within 30 minutes. I have stayed at other hotels, very high end hotels, and almost always get forgotten. Thanks Ashley!"

"Carlton hotel was absolutely gorgeous with the new renovation. I do think they need to work on the elevator it's old but it's also very dangerous for the elderly or the disabled. the doors need to be on a timer that's or a sensor that will stop when they sense a person's in the frame because it almost knocked my mother down a few times. the rooms I think maybe could have a tad more light it seems like they're really dark since I am disabled visually little vision but they were great and...
