"Great location- in the heart of Uptown- convenient to a lot of restaurants and theater where we were able to walk to. There is a parking lot behind T-Mobile building right across the street on Emerson. 24 hours is $18 - with no in/out privileges- but we parked and walked the neighborhood- so good deal. The room itself was small- but comfortable. The bed was comfy- although there was no fridge in the room. Enjoyed the complimentary bar drink."

"The hotel was very clean and extremely quiet. This was the first hotel that I've stayed at without loud people at night or children running around. Besides the people standing outside smoking and random people yelling at us, the hotel was very nice."

"Sadly I paid for two nights. Checked in the 1st night and went it the casino. When I got back the next morning around 10 am I had to get a replacement key. The front desk guy was real nice gave me a new key and I proceeded to head to my room. Not more then 5 mn pass and the same person come to the door and insisted I was smoking... "I booked a room at Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown Convention Center a month before my stay. I arrived at the Hotel to check in and the front desk staff got an Oh Crap look on their faces. After a few minutes of looking at theirs screens they told me my reservation was canceled and that they were overbooked. They told me I needed to call Expedia to get relocated. "This property is beautiful with a lobby bar and large clean rooms with nice products in the shower. We checked in around 7:30-8pm and found we could not get in the building without setting up contactless check in through the app. Luckily some one from inside was able to open the door for us and there was a human at the desk to check in with. I'm not a fan of contactless any thing, I would rather deal with a person every time, but I get it may have been for evening security that the doors were...

"A beautiful and welcoming hotel. Elegant entryway and smelled lovely. Room was spacious and nicely furnished and decorated- I felt I was at a small studio I lived in. Loved the location and proximity to shopping and services in downtown area. I parked there and felt very safe. Staff were very helpful."
