"Television did not work, and the toilet was broken. We had to fix the toilet on our own. When we first checked in staff was friendly and accommodating. Near the end of our trip, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The front desk staff acted like they didn’t want to be there."

"Where to begin. Check in was wonderful. After that problems began. Toilet was mini frig were broken and had to be fixed. We went to dinner and the waitress was incompetent. First, she got our appetizer wrong. Then she brought out my fries 20 minutes before my burger and the correct appetizer. We were trying to enjoy a nice dinner and this table was screaming like they were in a sports arena. Waitress did nothing to make any of this right. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property needs to be fixed a little. The pics of the room,don't match what's inside the rooms. Breakfast area is pretty good sized. Beach access and pool area was amazing. I emailed pics of stains on bedding. Saw them immediately when I first walked into the room. Some towels were dirty that were hanging up. The phone in the room did not work. There was a few roaches, crawling around the room. I did alert staff to these issues. Still have not heard...

"it was a decent place for booking last minute however around 1:30 am we had to change rooms due there being a roach in the bed and on the wall, the front desk person said our options were to stay in the room and they clean it in the morning or change rooms , we changed rooms around 1:45 am and we’re not offered any discount because he said we changed rooms "

"Great price, especially for being on the beach. Great vibes with the pool, tiki bar, and added fun with karaoke. The building is old. I’m ok with budget water pressure and slow elevators, but the cleanliness wasn’t there. I pulled back all the sheets to find hairs on the fitted sheet. I pulled a standing lamp away from a wall to look for a socket and the dust behind it was crazy, they clearly don’t move things around when cleaning. All that said, it’s Daytona beach.
