"I would recommend this motel for the budget minded cruiser. It is clean and sufficient for our needs. Staff were super helpful and nice and friendly. Check in was easy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby within an easy walk. Not too far to walk to the harbor. The motel staff can order a car or van to shuttle you to the terminal for $11 per vehicle. The rooms are a bit outdated, but a great price for LA, and was clean and comfy. Room had a fridge and microwave and coffee maker. The free drink...

"Room was very clean, but very spartan. There is a flat screen TV on the wall and a phone available for guests in each room, but that's all. No mini fridge or microwave although there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. On the outside, the motel does look a bit rough, but it's recently come under new ownership and it looks like they've been working on cleaning the place up.
