"staff were really good, but some repairs made inside the room were really poor, the mirror has scratch, the shuttle from to Airport supposed to go around every hour, and it seem whenever the driver want or is available drive to the Airport."

"Terrible check in - we had to wait for almost 30 mins to get checked in behind a very large party. There was a second person working behind a computer but they never looked up to help us - maybe they were on a break? After we finally got checked in, we went up to our room to find it hadn't been made. Beds were unmade, trash on the table and in the cans.
